Movable Magnetic Particles Flaw Detector
The HCDX 1500 mobile magnetic particle flaw detector can magnetizeparts in AC (or half wave DC magnetization HWDC). And with automatic demagnetization function, no additional demagnetization device is required.
8 bit MCU is adopted as the controller by this magnetic particles flaw detector, and the continuous regulation of magnetizing current can be realized through the precise collection of the AC zero voltage crossing signal and the signal of current regulation. It has the function of
maximum current limit. With the function of phase controlled, the detector is suitable for both continuous technique and residual technique.
The current value is displayed on the analog ammeter or digital ammeter. The prod sets and trigger button are for operating in the narrow space.
The output current is reduced from the initial value to zero automatically when demagnetizing. Non contact swit ch is adopted for the equipment.
This detector can be connected to the prod sets (handheld electrode sets) or spiral cable (flexible coil). Also there are some coils or electrodes designed for this equipment to become a simple inspection machine tool as op tion.
