HCDX-C280DC DC Demagnetization and Magnetization Particle Inspection Coil
I. Product Overview
*Product Name: DC Magnetization and Demagnetization Coil
*Product Model: HCDX-C280DC
*Main Application: This product is a key component of a magnetic particle inspection equipment, used for magnetizing (magnetizing) and demagnetizing iron magnetic workpieces to detect defects on the surface or near the surface of the workpiece.
*Product Features: Based on the factory test report, this equipment has the characteristics of a strong central magnetic field (up to 508GS or above), excellent demagnetization effect (up to 0.1mT), stable operation, and safety and reliability.
II. Technical Parameters
The following parameters have been tested and verified to be qualified upon leaving the factory, representing the performance indicators of the equipment under normal operating conditions:
| Magnetization Current | When the working voltage is AC230V, the maximum current is 9.8A (the recommended adjustment range is 0-8A. Excessive current usage may cause the coil to overheat). |
| Demagnetization Current | 9.8A - 0 |
| Central Magnetic Field Strength |
> 450GS (the actual limit is 508GS). |
| Error Rate of Axial Magnetization Current | ≤ ±10% (the actual measurement is < +3%), ensuring uniform magnetization |
| Demagnetization Effect |
Residual Magnetic Field ≤ 0.2mT (the actual measurement is 0.1mT). |
| Overall Insulation Resistance | ≥ 2MΩ (the actual measurement is 5.2MΩ), ensuring electrical safety |
| Sensitivity |
Can be calibrated using A1 15/50 standard test pieces, with clear display. |
| Temperature Rise |
Under a load rate of 10%-20%, after continuous operation for 4 hours, the temperature rise complies with the JB/T8290-2011 standard. |
| Operating Noise | < 60dB |
III. Operating Steps
(1) Pre-operation Inspection
*Safety Check: Ensure that the equipment is properly grounded and check the power cord and output cable for integrity. Observe if the equipment surface is damaged and confirm that the safety warning signs are clearly visible.
*Accessory Check: Confirm that all accessories (such as connection cables, connectors, etc.) are complete and in good condition.
*Environmental Confirmation: Ensure that the working environment is dry and clean, and there are no flammable or explosive items.
(2) Charging Operation Procedure
*Connect the workpiece: Firmly connect the equipment's output end to the workpiece to be inspected.
*Parameter Setting: Based on the material, specifications, and inspection standards of the workpiece, set an appropriate magnetization current within the range of 0-8A. It is recommended to start with a lower current.
*Start Charging: Press the charging button, and the equipment will magnetize the workpiece. The magnetization time is usually very short (a few seconds).
*Apply Magnetic Suspension: Spray magnetic suspension on the surface of the workpiece during or immediately after magnetization.
*Inspect Defects: Under appropriate lighting, observe if there are magnetic traces on the workpiece surface. You can use A1 15/50 test pieces to verify if the sensitivity is up to standard.
(3) Demagnetization Operation Procedure
*Demagnetize the workpiece: Ensure that the workpiece is in the center of the coil.
*Start Demagnetization: Press the demagnetization button, and the equipment will automatically perform the demagnetization operation. The demagnetization is complete when the current meter pointer returns to zero.
*Effect Verification: Use a magnetic field measurement instrument (such as a gauss meter) to detect the residual magnetic field at key parts of the workpiece. It should not exceed 0.2mT (the actual measurement usually reaches 0.1mT).
IV. Precautions and Maintenance
*Safety Warning:
Ensure reliable grounding during operation to prevent electric shock.
The equipment will generate a strong magnetic field. People with pacemakers, implanted medical devices, and pregnant women should stay away.
Avoid touching the high-voltage terminals directly when the equipment is running.
*Operation Tips:
Do not operate for a long time exceeding the maximum magnetization current (8A) to avoid damaging the equipment.
When working continuously, pay attention to the load duration rate of the equipment (10%-20%), and avoid excessive temperature rise due to long-term high-load operation. It is recommended to stop the machine for cooling or reduce the load rate after 2 hours of operation.
Keep the equipment clean and dry, and regularly check the insulation performance.
*Daily Maintenance:
Regularly inspect the appearance spraying quality. If there is any damage, handle it promptly to prevent rusting.
Regularly check whether all electrical instruments and operating systems are operating normally.
When not in use for a long time, it should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated place.
V. Fault Resolution (Brief)
|
